Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use FounderStacked, we collect the answers you provide in the questionnaire (product type, team size, budget, etc.) solely to generate your tech stack recommendation. If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture to associate saved stacks with your account.

2. How we use your data

• Generating your AI-powered tech stack recommendation
• Saving and retrieving stacks you choose to save to your account
• Sending you the Stack Report PDF or booking a CTO Advisory Session if you request one

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• We do not use your inputs to train AI models
• We do not store BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) API keys — they are used in-memory for a single request and discarded immediately

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (US region). Anonymous recommendations that you do not save are not persisted after your session ends.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Google AdSense may set cookies for ad personalisation — see Google's Ads Policy.

6. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing salil@salillabs.in. We will process the request within 7 days.
